I had a very similar experience to a previous review. On the day of the scheduled estimate they no called-no showed. On the day I scheduled the estimate they said someone would arrive between 10:30 and 11am. At 11:03 I called to make sure they had the right address and to see if they were just possibly running late; no answer. I left a voicemail letting them know the times of my scheduled appointment, my phone number, and that I was home. At 11:18 I called again and my phone called was declined after about 3 rings and sent to voicemail.
I am leaving this review, because they responded to a previous review that they have no record of said client even being in their registry and claimed the person might have them confused with a different company. I definitely do not have them confused with a different company. And regardless if that were the case, I left a voicemail with my scheduled times, and my phone number with no response. Just giving the facts.

We hired Austin Fence and Deck to repair and replace our 30 year old, two story deck and pergola in spring 2025. Chris Patterson, our project manager was knowledgeable and helpful and it was a pleasure to work with him. He was there to check on the work and delivering and communicating with the workers when needed. Chris was available whenever we needed to communicate something. Work started within 2 weeks. Daniel and his team members were expert deck builder finished the work in 4 days. The job was difficult and height of the deck made it more challenging. But we are very happy with Chris and Daniel and the work they did.
